Minority representation in academic library leadership remains very low. In this panel discussion, we will explore the challenges and opportunities librarians of color face when they strive to move into leadership positions. The panel will consist of a human resources director and four library leaders of color. These leaders will share lessons learned in their career journeys and provide advice for those who aspire to be library leaders.
