The proliferation of Diversity Alliance Residency programs in recent years presents unique challenges and opportunities for the library profession, particularly in regards to the hiring and retention of individuals from traditionally underrepresented groups. Hosted by the Residency Interest Group, this roundtable will discuss key issues and best practices in building evidence-based diversity residency programs.
