There is little training for library managers, and even fewer training opportunities on the best ways to support staff engaged in equity, diversity, and inclusion work. This roundtable, facilitated by supervisors and supervisees from 5 different libraries, will give practical guidance and strategies on how managers can more effectively advocate for and alleviate structural barriers so their staff are meaningfully supported in these efforts.
