This workshop will present the pilot of a multi-institutional summer discussion program for library workers exploring systematic inequalities, bystander intervention, intersectionality, white fragility, and colonialism, with the goal of building community and strategies to overcome institutional obstacles. Attendees will leave with access to materials necessary for implementing and assessing this program at their own institutions.
