The poster presentation will share ideas and suggestions on how the LDI Pilot Project can create projects and explore best practices in getting the most out of their residency experience, as well as provide them a professional network of colleagues nationally.   Add to the retention underrepresented racial and ethnic groups and broadly advance diversity in U. S. academic libraries.
