Most generational talks make an honest attempt at trying to understand unique experiences through diversity of age. All too often, these talks rely on stereotypes about people that devolve into griping about one particular age group. Infused with humor, this poster will take both a humorous and serious look at why we make these assumptions and how to use multiple lenses  to understand each other rather than relying on stereotypes.
