Kathy Kelly-Long
Kathy Kelly-Long is the Director of the Broad Street Food Pantry, a neighborhood ministry program of the Broad Street Presbyterian Church that feeds more than 600 families, 1700 individuals each month. Kelly-Long has a BA in Sociology from the Ohio State University and many years of volunteer experience. She has received training in Institutional Racism, Food Justice, Cultural Competency and Language Usage in the TGNB community, Trauma Responsive Care and Mental Health First Aid.
As Director of one of the busiest food pantries in Columbus, Kelly-Long has led the Pantry in distributing healthier foods, building connections to the neighbors we serve, and advocating for food justice. She also serves as a member of the Closing the Hunger Gap Racial Equity Working Group, the Mid-Ohio FoodBank Agency Council, the Double Comfort Charitable Advisory Board, and the Local Matters Advocacy Committee.
